Create OneView Shortcut

Providers will soon be switching the rounding application used in your facility from Falcon Silver to OneView. Due to this change, and the fact that OneView is a web-based application, we recommend setting up shortcuts and bookmarks on your in-center laptop(s) and iPad(s) to make it easy for the providers to run OneView.

Laptop Shortcuts

OneView is a web-based application and is optimized to work in Google Chrome. Below are a few steps that you can take to make launching OneView in Chrome simple.

Step One: Install Google Chrome on your computer. If it is not already installed, open a web browser on the laptop, go to https://www.google.com/chrome/ to download and install Chrome.

Step Two: Create a Desktop Shortcut to OneView. Open Chrome, and navigate to https://oneviewdps.davita.com.

Click on the Settings icon in Chrome, and from the More tools Menu, select the Create Shortcut option.

Make sure to change the name of the shortcut to OneView and click Create. This will place an icon on the desktop of the laptop that will automatically open the OneView application in Chrome when double-clicked.

Step Three: Create a Bookmark in Chrome to OneView.

Open Chrome, and navigate to https://oneviewdps.davita.com.

Click the bookmarks button next to the URL name.

In the Bookmark Added pop-up, enter OneView as the name, and be sure to select Bookmarks Bar as the Folder, so the bookmark shows on the main bookmark bar in the app.
