Change Password
The Need Help? link is available for providers and DaVita teammates who need assistance to login into OneView.
The Need Help options are Forgot Username, Forgot Password, Change Password, Update Security Questions, and Update Secondary Authentication. Click on the option needed and then enter the required fields to complete the process.
To change your password:
Step 1: Click Need Help? link
Step 2: Click Change Password
Step 3: Enter your Username and Current Password
Step 4: Enter the New Password and Confirm Password
Note: Passwords must meet the requirements listed on the page.
Step 5: Click the Change Password button
