Practice User - Patient List

The Patient List includes a list of patients for physicians that have confirmed association with their practice.  To access the patient list, click on Patients > Current Patients, then select a physician.  Only confirmed physicians will be available in the dropdown.

Once the physician is selected the physician’s current patient list (My Patients + Visiting Patients) is displayed.  The following patient details are listed; last name, first name, age, date of birth, and gender.  Click on the patient to be redirected to a read-only patient chart.

After the physician is selected, a list of former patients that were under the practice’s care within the previous 180 days can be viewed by clicking on the Former Patients tab.

Before accessing the former patient's medical records, you must first attest that you are viewing protected health information.  The attestation will only be required once per login.

After you agree to the attestation, select a physician from the dropdown and a list of former patients that have been deactivated within the last 180 days will display.  The former patient list is sorted in alphabetical order by last name, then the first name.  The patient’s age, date of birth, and gender appear below their name.

The banner can be closed by clicking on the X located on the right-hand side of the banner.
