Patient Summary PDF (CWOW only)

Providers and non-provider practice users with clinical or "Practice Super User" access can generate a CWOW Patient Summary PDF.  Click “PATIENT SUMMARY” located on the top right of the patient’s chart to load the patient summary. 

Up to four CWOW patient summaries can be requested at a time.  Once the Patient Summary is generated, a message that contains an “Open PDF” link will appear.  To close the message, click the “X” in the top right-hand corner of the message.

Click the “Open PDF” link, and a separate browser will open.  View, download, or print the Patient Summary once opened.
