Physician Practice Association

This job aid will guide the physician through how to complete the physician practice association process in OneView.  A physician must confirm their practice association in OneView before granting non-provider practice users limited read-only access to OneView.

Complete Physician Practice Association

STEP 1: Go to oneviewdps.davita.com and log in with your DaVita username and password

STEP 2: Select Settings > Practice from the left navigation menu

STEP 3: Review practice association information

STEP 4: If practice is correct, select if you want to add covering rights across practice physicians automatically

NOTE: You must select the “Yes” radio button to add covering rights for current credentialed clinics.  If you choose the “No” radio button, you must manually assign covering rights.

STEP 5: Click the Accept button

NOTE: If you click Accept, the practice association is complete and requires no further action.  You can disassociate with the practice at any time.

STEP 6: If the practice is incorrect, click the NO, NEXT STEP button

STEP 7: Enter the required search criteria

NOTE: If your practice is not listed, you can create the practice.

STEP 8: Select if you want to add covering rights across practice physicians automatically

STEP 9: Click the JOIN button

STEP 10: Click the CONFIRM button

NOTE: All of the physician’s collaborating NPPs are confirmed once the practice association process is complete.


Disassociate the Physician Practice Association

STEP 1: Select Settings > Practice from the left navigation menu

STEP 2: Click the X under the My Practice section

STEP 3: Click CONFIRM button and repeat the above physician association process
