ETC Metrics Dashboard
The ETC Metrics Dashboard is available by selecting Analytics from menu. The dashboard displays performance information on Home Modality Rate and Transplant Rate.
ETC (ESRD Treatment Choices) is a mandatory CMS model that aims to test whether financial
Incentives will create a greater use of home dialysis and kidney transplantation for Medicare,
ESRD beneficiaries, and reduce Medicare expenditures.
Up to 6 months of data are included in the graph. If a metric year has not been active for 6 months, all months for that metric year will display. There will be no patient-identifying information on the dashboard. Data will be refreshed monthly on the same day as ESKD Quality Metrics Dashboard (QMD).
The dashboard will include two metric years, each of which will include a Transplant Rate and Home Modality Rate metric.

- HEI Bonus (Transplant) - yes or no
- HEI Bonus (Home) - yes or no
- Transplant Tier
- Home Modality Tier
- ETC Overall Tier
- PPA
- Transplant Rate and Home Modality Rate - graphs containing performance for up to 6 months prior and comparison line for the next achievable tier goal
To view that metric’s best practices, click the “Best Practices” link at the top right of the screen. A separate window will open that contains additional resources and information.
