Practice User - ESKD Quality Metrics Dashboard (QMD)

Non-physician practice users (NPPU) with Practice Super User access can access the ESKD Quality Metrics Dashboard by selecting Analytics from the menu. NPPUs can use the dashboard to review quality metrics for their physician's patient population.

The dashboard will default to the My Practice view. Staff members will have the same functionality as the providers.

To view that metric’s best practices and definitions, click the “Best Practices” link at the top right of the section. A separate window will open that contains additional resources and information about the metric.

Click the “Download Patient List” to generate a patient list PDF.

Once the Patient List is generated, a message that contains an “Open PDF” link will appear. To close the message, click the “X” in the top right-hand corner of the message.

Click the “Open PDF” link, and a separate browser will open. View, download, or print the Patient List once opened.
