Push Notification Settings

You can setup your push notifications preferences under the Menu > Settings.

Under Settings, tap Notifications.

The three existing push notifications are:


• 100+ unsigned orders (sent in a batch on Monday morning)

• New patient referral request

• New patient admission request

• Pending Prescription (sent daily at 12 PM EST when there is 1 or more)

• Pending Refills (sent daily at 12 PM EST when there is 1 or more)


Slide the toggle to select the push notification. When the notification is enabled, the toggle is green. The toggle will be gray if disabled.

Push notifications are turned off by default, and a banner appears to alert you to enable them. Once the notifications are enabled, the banner will no longer appear.

Enabled push notifications will pop up on your mobile device's home screen to alert you of important events that require attention.
