Accessing OneView Mobile
OneView Mobile is an application that allows providers who care for patients in DaVita facilities to perform relevant clinical and administrative functions on a smartphone. OneView Mobile is available for iPhone and Android users.
Scan the QR code and select the appropriate store.
Or you can follow the steps below to download the app.
Step 1: Go to the Apple App store for iPhone users or Google Play store for Android
Step 2: Search for OneView DPS and download the app to your mobile device
Step 3: Tap to open
Step 4: Enter your DaVita credentials and tap LOGIN
NOTE: The Touch/Face ID feature can be used to login, if you have it setup on your device. For instructions on how to enable this, please see our Touch/Face ID Setup section in this guide. This functionality can be disabled at any time.
To log out of the application, click on the Menu icon to expand the menu (if the menu is not already visible).
The option to sign out of the application appears at the bottom of the menu.
If you access OneView from the URL on your mobile device, a banner displays for you to download the application. The banner states, “Round and access robust data on the go. Tap “View” to download.” When you tap “View,” you are redirected to the appropriate store for your mobile device (App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android). The mobile app provides the best user experience when using your mobile device.
