Mobile Task Cards

The Home feed will allow you to quickly act on alerts, tasks, messages, or communications that are relevant to you. The feed is dynamic, depending on the tasks that need to be completed for the active user so the content may vary. The information displayed is detailed below.

Task Cards

The feed will display commonly performed tasks. The tasks are detailed below.


Tasks Description
In Progress Notes Available for providers and will only be present if there are In Progress Comprehensive encounter notes from the last three months.  Use the carousel to view the In Progress notes.  Tap the appropriate note to review or finalize.
Find Patients Available for providers and will always be present. Selecting this option will take you to the list of current patients. The Search or Filters can locate specific patient(s). In the Search field, type at least two letters to return any active patient records with a first or last name matching that criteria. Then, tap the patient to navigate to the patient’s chart.
Snappy Orders Available for Snappy providers and will always be present. The count displayed on the task card will be the orders that require review. Selecting this option will take you to the list of unsigned orders.
CWOW Orders Available for CWOW providers and will always be present. The count displayed on the task card will be the orders that require review. Selecting this option will take you to the list of unsigned orders.
Unsigned Non-ESKD Orders Available for providers and will only be present if there are outstanding labs that are not for the treatment of ESRD that require appropriate medical necessity documentation. The count displayed on the task card is for the clinical labs that need additional documentation. Selecting this option will take you to Labs Not For ESRD Treatment queue. Providers can document all labs designated as not for ESRD treatment as “Reviewed, No Change” by sliding the “Select All to Reviewed, No Change” toggle in the “Non ESRD Labs” queue. The provider can modify any record to “Reviewed, Changed Care Plan” and enter comments any time before clicking the “SIGN & SUBMIT” button. The Comment box is available to give physicians the ability to document how labs ordered not for the treatment of ESRD were used in the treatment of the patient’s condition. Please note that any changes to the care plan must be directly communicated to the DaVita Care Team.
Invoice & Attestation Available for medical directors and will only be present if outstanding invoices for services rendered at a DaVita dialysis facility and attestation to completing a number of oversight responsibilities for the dialysis program are needed. The count displayed on the task card is the incomplete invoices and attestations that need review. Selecting this option will take you to the list of outstanding invoices and attestations.
Licensure & Certification Questionnaire AAvailable for providers and will only be present if there are outstanding Licensure & Certification Questionnaires. Selecting this option will display reminders for the provider to check their email for instructions and a link to the electronic DocuSign form to complete the questionnaire.
Medscape Calculators and Reference Books Available for providers and will always be present. Selecting this option will launch a separate browser tab to access Medscape for a list of Nephrology specific calculators and reference materials.
Medscape News and Journals Available for providers and will always be present. Selecting this option will launch a separate browser tab to access Medscape. It will display articles and journals curated to provide Nephrology specific content based on what they know about you as a provider. If the you have already read an article, then Medscape no longer shows that article
COVID Booster Attestation Available for providers and will only be present if the COVID-19 Booster Attestation is incomplete.  Click and you are redirected to the Comms Hub.
Flu Attestation Available for providers and will only be present if the COVID-19 attestation is incomplete.  Click and you are redirected to the Comms Hub.

Nephrology Care Alliance


Available for providers and will only be present if there is information for the cards. The two cards are Clinical Incentive Program Attestation and New Eligible Patient in Clinical Incentive Program. Selecting either option will launch the login screen for Nephrology Care Alliance.
Patient Admission Requests Available for medical directors only and will only be present if a Clinic Review Request is sent to OneView via the Patient Placement System (PPS). Selecting this option will take you to a list of patient admission requests.

HiLo Research Study


Available for physicians with a patient that may be a good candidate for the HiLo Research Study. Selecting this option will open a form with details on the study and provide the ability to participate.
Messages Available for providers and will always be present. Selecting this option will launch a separate browser tab to access Cureatr.
Comms Hub Available for providers and will always be present. The Comms Hub feed contains the ten most recent communication cards by date in descending order. The communication cards provide consolidated content for physician communications. Selecting a communication card will display the contents of that message.
Lab Notification Available for providers and will only be present if there are urgent laboratory results based on DaVita Lab’s Urgent Notification policy. Lab Notifications will be presented as a read-only card with the ability to view details when tapped, and will not include push notifications.

The tasks displayed will depend on the user’s role and priority of the task.
