ESRD/AKI Mgmt

The ESRD/AKI Mgmt tab will display read-only comprehensive treatment and lab data relative to the patient’s modality.  Care categories are: Status, Fluid/BP, Adequacy, Access, Anemia, Nutrition, MBD, Infection, Psychosocial/TX Modality, and Other for the selected patient.  Go directly to a specific care category by selecting it or scroll through the care categories using the scrollbar.

NOTE: The “Go To” navigational tabs under the ESRD/AKI Mgmt tab will not be available if you use Internet Explorer (IE) 11 or older versions of the web browser.  Chrome is the preferred web browser.

The care categories in the ESRD/AKI Mgmt section can be collapsed or expanded for added flexibility.  The dash will collapse the section and the plus will expand it.  The dash/plus are located to the left of the section titles.  An orange notification displays to the right of the collapsed care category header when a patient has lab results within the past 30 days that are considered out of range. If a “Go To” link is selected from either the top of the ESRD / AKI Mgmt section or from within the encounter note, you will be taken to that care category section with the data automatically expanded.
