Give Us Feedback

Feedback allows you to submit feedback to the Physician Customer Support team via email.  If you have an urgent issue, please call the IT Service Desk at 888-782-1EHR (1347).

Type your message or use the speaker icon as a way to verbally enter the message without having to type.  After the message has been composed, tap Send.  Cancel will give you the option to save the message as a draft or delete the draft.
