The Settings menu contains Account information, including the option to change your password, Notification settings, and link to submit Feedback or reach out to Support.
Account
Under Account, select Change Password to change your password or turn on the ability to Login with FaceID. |
Notifications
You can setup your push notifications preferences under Menu > Settings.
Slide the toggle to select the push notification.

Notification Types
Notification | Description |
Unsigned Order Reminders | Weekly reminder when there are 100+ unsigned orders. |
Pending Prescriptions | Daily reminder when there is 1 or more pending prescriptions. |
Pending Refills | Daily reminder when there is 1 or more pending refills. |
Patient Admission Requests | Alert each time a new patient is flagged as high acuity. |
Patient Admission Referrals | Update each time a patient is accepted into a facility. |
Push notifications are turned off by default. Enabled push notifications will pop up on your mobile device's home screen to alert you of important events that require attention.
