Settings on Mobile

The Settings menu contains Account information, including the option to change your password, Notification settings, and link to submit Feedback or reach out to Support.

Account

Mobile-Settings-Account.gif Under Account, select Change Password to change your password or turn on the ability to Login with FaceID.

Notifications

You can setup your push notifications preferences under Menu > Settings.

Slide the toggle to select the push notification.

  • When the notification is enabled, the toggle is green.
  • The toggle will be gray if disabled.

Notification Types

Notification Description
Unsigned Order Reminders Weekly reminder when there are 100+ unsigned orders.
Pending Prescriptions Daily reminder when there is 1 or more pending prescriptions.
Pending Refills Daily reminder when there is 1 or more pending refills.
Patient Admission Requests Alert each time a new patient is flagged as high acuity.
Patient Admission Referrals Update each time a patient is accepted into a facility.

Push notifications are turned off by default. Enabled push notifications will pop up on your mobile device's home screen to alert you of important events that require attention.
