All Orders Queue Filters
The Patient Name and Order Status filters are available in the All Orders queue. These new filters will improve your workflow when reviewing specific orders.
To filter by the patient’s name, type a few letters, and the results will appear. Select the appropriate patient and all their orders will be displayed. The Status filter is a dropdown. Click the filter to select from the list. You can choose to use both filters if needed. The number of filtered orders appears at the bottom and in the Sign All button.
Medication List
The medications list is now divided into two tabs: Prescriptions and Medication Orders in the Clinical Details, Clinical Summary, and Profile pages. The Prescriptions tab contains e-prescriptions sent to an outside pharmacy for non-treatment medications.
This tab lets you view and sort prescribed medications, create e-prescriptions, and complete pending ones. The Medication Orders tab contains medications ordered in CWOW. Sort options, including ordering type, are available.
Problem List in Encounter
The Problems section was added to the PD, HHD, and AKI Encounter notes. Click the blue plus sign to add active problem (s) and display the patient’s current problems. Problems marked as priorities are at the top of the list with an orange star. If there is more than one priority problem, the most recently added priority problem will show first. Click the checkbox for each problem or Select All to add problems to the note.
This new section will allow you to add new patient problems and edit or resolve existing ones. Problems added to the note appear on the encounter PDF and will automatically appear in future encounters when the Keep in Notes toggle is enabled.
Documented HHD Loss Assessment
The Documented HHD Loss Assessment appears under Patient Status in the ESRD/AKI Mgmt tab. Click the VIEW button to display the assessment. The assessment is also available under the Clinical Summary page's IDT Assessments and Summaries section.

(MOBILE ONLY – iOS and Android) Recent Hospitalization Badge
The Recent Hospitalization badge has been added to the patient banner to alert you of the patient’s hospitalization status. The badge displays if the patient has an admission date within the last 30 days. The badge will continue to show for 30 days after the patient is discharged.
Click to view the details of the most recent hospitalization entered into CWOW. Only the most recent hospitalization shows if there have been two events in the last 30 days. If the admit and discharge date differ, the number of days the patient was hospitalized appears by the discharge date.
(MOBILE ONLY – iOS and Android) All Labs on One Page
The patient's chart now has a Patient Care section. It will contain the All Treatment Data which lets you view all labs on one page, reducing the clicks needed to access the lab details.
Fluid/BP, Adequacy, Anemia, Nutrition, MBD, Infection, and Other are the displayed care categories. The care categories are an accordion list with the Fluid/BP section expanded, and all other categories collapsed. Each section can be expanded or collapsed by clicking the arrow to the right. You can scroll in an expanded section. Tap the comment bubble to view the note comments.
(MOBILE ONLY – iOS and Android) Shift Times on the Dialysis Schedule
The Dialysis Schedule filter for Shifts will only show available shifts for the day and will include the times. If that day has a Nocturnal shift, it will also display. The shift times will appear on the Dialysis Schedule.
