Clinical Incentive Program (CIP)
The Clinical Incentive Program (CIP) functionality in the Nephrology Care Alliance (NCA) portal has moved to OneView. Credentialed providers and their practice staff members with OneView access are asked to click the OneView Login button from the NCA Portal to be redirected to OneView.
If outstanding attestations exist for the credentialed provider registered in CIP, the Incomplete Clinical Incentive Program Attestations task appears on the Home page under My Activities & Reminders. The count displayed is the number of items that require review.
The CIP dashboard can be accessed from Analytics > Clinical Incentive Program. Providers can complete attestations and view your retrospective program performance without leaving OneView.
More Frequent Dialysis (MFD) Documentation in HHD Encounter
The More Frequent Dialysis (MFD) section was added to the HHD Encounter. This new section is available to physicians only. This functionality is supplemental to and not a replacement of the existing HHD Order Justification (HOJ) Form process.
If you have chosen to prescribe MFD for your Home Hemodialysis (HHD) patient, each CWOW order diagnosis is pre-populated and listed separately within the section. Beneath each diagnosis, you can select whether this is a new or existing condition being managed by MFD. The Additional Comments text box allows free-text comments and the use of snippets.
Notify a CWOW care team member if the diagnosis list is inaccurate. After the CWOW order update, refresh the encounter note for the most recent data. The encounter PDF will contain each diagnosis and comments, if entered, under the More Frequent Dialysis (MFD) section.
Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE)
The Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) allows you to edit the In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) patient's Target Weight and Treatment Time in the patient's chart or while rounding. Click the ORDERS button to change the order.
