Dialysis Schedule

There are two preferences you can set related to the Dialysis Schedule - Facility and Patient List Display.

Option

Where you will see it in OneView

Facility Preference

Select your preferred facility location that will be the default when you navigate to the Dialysis Schedule.

Patient List Display Preference

Select your preference for the type of patients that will be displayed by default when you navigate to the Dialysis Schedule.

Note & Patient Chart Care Category - Auto Scroll Preference

Select your preference for whether you want the left side of the chart (Clinical Details) to scroll to the same Care Category you are viewing in the encounter note.

Auto Scroll Preference

When the auto scroll feature is enabled, the left side of the screen will auto scroll.

Note - Copy Forward Comments Preferences

Select your preferences for whether comments from the most recent finalized note automatically appear in your encounter note. Select your copy forward comments preference using the radio button options.

When enabling the function, click the “Select all Clinical Details categories” checkbox to select all care categories. If the “Do not copy forward comments” is selected, the Clinical Details checkboxes are grayed out.

Copy Forward Comments

When the copy forward feature is enabled, the comment from the most recent finalized note will automatically appear in the selected care categories.

The copied comments can be edited or deleted. If there is no comment in the most recent note, then that care category comment field will be blank.
