ETC Model
ETC (ESRD Treatment Choices) is a mandatory CMS model that aims to test whether financial
Incentives will create a greater use of home dialysis and kidney transplantation for Medicare,
ESRD beneficiaries, and reduce Medicare expenditures.
Dashboard Data

Up to 6 months of data are included in the graph. If a metric year has not been active for 6 months, all months for that metric year will display. Data will be refreshed monthly on the same day as ESKD Quality Metrics Dashboard (QMD). |

There will be no patient-identifying information on the dashboard. The dashboard will include two metric years, each of which will include a Transplant Rate and Home Modality Rate metric.

- Transplant Rate and Home Modality Rate - graphs containing performance for up to 6 months prior and comparison line for the next achievable tier goal.
