Signing Multiple Orders

Have more questions? Submit a request

The All Orders queue displays all of the provider’s unsigned orders and allows the provider to act on up to 20 orders at a time.  The count displayed to the right of the queue name reflects the number of orders in the queue.

NOTE: This number includes orders that are in the Orders Entered in the Past 7 Days queue - if those orders are acted upon, this total number will decrease.

Steps to Sign a Group of Up to 20 Orders

  1. Review the order details
  1. Select the applicable orders

Manually Selecting Orders

Orders can be signed on an individual basis (from any of the queues) by selecting the specific orders.  To select specific orders, tap the selection box to the left of the order prior to tapping the option to sign at the bottom of the screen.
