The Home Education Hub is a repository for information on Home clinical issues curated by a Home subject matter expert and point of care clinical support triggers.
All OneView users can access the hub under Resources on the left-hand side navigation menu. |
Clinical Support Triggers
The triggers are based on specific terms in the encounter notes, hospitalizations, and CVC access for PD and HHD patients.
Home Education Articles
| All available articles are listed in the middle of the screen and will have an article category, date, and title/ subject. Use the search field to find articles by name or the Filter dropdown to search by category. | |
| The Institute of Nephrology link and the three latest articles display on the right-hand side of the screen. CME-accredited courses, training, and education are available on the Institute of Nephrology site. Click the link, and a separate window opens to log in using your DaVita credentials. |
Bookmarking Articles
Each article has a bookmark icon that allows you to save the most useful articles for quick future reference. The bookmarked icon turns blue if clicked. To remove the bookmark, click the bookmark icon again.
| Click the “Only Show Bookmarks” checkbox to narrow the list to your bookmarked favorites. |
Viewing Articles as PDFs
| Click the appropriate article to open the PDF. The PDF can be viewed, printed, or downloaded. In addition, you will have the option to respond or mark whether or not the article was valuable. |  |
