No Known Allergies
If no allergies are entered for the patient, the message “No Allergies have been documented for this Patient” will display. The message “Patient Has No Known Allergies” will display for patients with no known allergies.
Viewing Active versus Inactive
| To filter the list of Allergies by their status, click Active or Inactive. |
Editing an Allergy
| To edit an Allergy, hover over the allergy and select "Edit". |
Adding an Allergy
| To add an Allergy, select "ADD ALLERGY". |
