Editing a Physician's Email Address

The physician's email address can be edited after you have confirmed your practice association.

Select Settings > Practice from the left navigation menu
Click the Edit icon	NOTE: The physician can only edit their email, not other physicians.
Update email address information	NOTE: Only the email address field can be modified. Please contact DaVita Physician Support to modify your name.
Click the Submit button
