The Prescriptions list, located in the Medications link and the Clinical Summary, includes e-prescriptions sent to external pharmacies for non-treatment medications. This list will include both prescriptions entered by providers using OneView and ones initiated by a care team member in CWOW.

Adding an Rx

Providers can create e-prescriptions by selecting +ADD RX from the top of the Prescriptions section of the Clinical Summary or the Medications modal.

Refreshing the List

Manually refresh the Prescriptions list by clicking the Refresh link.

Sign & Send

After adding a prescription to the patient's list, the provider must sign and send it electronically to the pharmacy.

Clicking SIGN & SEND will launch Rcopia to complete the process. For more information, please reference this article.

Pending Prescriptions

Pending Prescriptions are located at the top.

Active versus All

A list of all or only active medications will follow the list of Pending Prescriptions.

You may need to scroll down to see this section if you have a long Pending Prescriptions list.

The Active tab is the default and will display the active signed prescriptions. The All tab will show active prescriptions in bold grey font, and inactive will appear in lighter grey italics.

Sorting Prescriptions

Both lists can be sorted alphabetically by name, by date updated or by the Scheduled & PRN status.
