The Medication Orders list, located in the Medications link and the Clinical Summary, contains treatment and home medications ordered for the patient in CWOW. Treatment Medications are medications administered to patients during dialysis and Home Medications are ones prescribed for patients to take at home.

Please note

Home medications may appear on both the Medication Orders and Prescriptions list since they are both ordered and prescribed.
