Generating a Patient Summary

To generate the patient summary, select PATIENT SUMMARY located in the top right corner of the patient’s chart. |
Please note
Up to four patient summaries can be requested at a time.
Opening the PDF

Once the Patient Summary is generated, a message that contains an “Open PDF” link will appear. To close the message, click the “X” in the top corner of the message. |
Click the “Open PDF” link and a separate browser will open. View, download, or print the Patient Summary once opened.
