Clinical Incentive Program (CIP)

The Missed tab has been added to show patients who were unsuccessful in achieving their metric. The arrows beside the header can be used to sort the list. The list can be filtered by timeline, with the last six months as the default. Dual-role providers and practice staff members can sort the list by Providers.

Patient Chart Changes

If the patient's target weight changes due to a protocol, it will be indicated in the Fluid/BP section tooltip details.

The patient’s HIV results are blurred in the Infection section due to its sensitive nature. Click the “HOLD TO VIEW” link to expose the result. This option is only available to providers.

In the Clinical Summary tab, refresh your prescription medication list and hover over the transmission status to view additional details. A primary and secondary diagnosis can be linked to the medication when adding a new prescription.

Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Patient List (Practice Users)

The IKC ESKD Patients tab is available under the Patients menu. Select the appropriate physician to view IKC patients on your physician's behalf. The list includes details about the patient and the IKC program. Click on the patient's name to be redirected to the patient’s chart.

(MOBILE ONLY – iOS and Android) ePrescribe

Care Team members can no longer submit verbal or faxed prescriptions for bundled meds on your behalf due to the ePrescribing requirement that began on October 1.

You can use OneView Mobile to get notified of time-sensitive pending ePrescriptions and efficiently review prescriptions prepped by your care team in CWOW. When logging in, select Login with DaVita Credentials so the ePrescribing process is seamless.

You can also set up Push Notifications under Menu > Settings > Notifications. When you have pending prescriptions or refill requests, they will be sent once a day at 12 p.m. EST.

(MOBILE ONLY – iOS and Android) Medication List

View a list of active, pending, and discontinued medications for a patient by tapping Menu > Prescriptions from the patient’s chart.
