H&P Workflow Changes
The H&P toggle was relocated to the History section of the encounter note. Expand the history to review the fields. Select the H&P toggle. The fields do not have to be edited to register the H&P was conducted. The "last updated" date appears when the note is finalized. Encounters marked as having a completed H&P will show the HP indicator next to the encounter note type under the Clinical Summary tab. The H&P date appears on the PDF.
Comms Hub (Web, iOS, and Android)
The OCMO Memos category has been added to the Comms Hub, and the COVID-19 category has been removed.
Patient Chart Changes
A new clinical study (CS) badge will appear in the patient banner when a patient is part of a DaVita Research Study. Hover over the badge for details about the clinical study. Up to four clinical study details will appear in chronological order. The clinical study details are available under the Treatment section of the Clinical Summary tab.
For patients with amputation records in CWOW, up to four Amputation history records are available under the Clinical Summary tab in the Treatment section.
Patient Admissions
The Neurology Note link can be accessed in the Patient Admissions dashboard when available.
(MOBILE ONLY – iOS and Android) Hospitalizations
Past hospitalizations will be displayed under the Status category of the patient’s chart. The records are sorted by the most recent date and contain up to the past six months of hospitalizations from CWOW. The clickable Recent Hx badge appears for a recent hospitalization.
