Providers can create, edit, or amend an encounter note on Mobile.
Options for Starting a Note
To create a note, you can:
| Select Note option from the patient chart. | |
| Or from the Dialysis Schedule. Select the encounter type or tap the blue "+" icon. |  |
The note types available on Mobile are Limited, Comprehensive, and Non Visit Note. The Non Visit Note allows the provider to document a patient interaction that doesn’t result in a billable activity.
