Face ID Benefits

Face ID (previously Touch/Face ID) can be set up for the OneView Mobile application. Enabling this feature will make it easier for you to log in to your device or communicate with DaVita care teams in a secure manner.  

Setting up Face ID

To use Face ID in OneView Mobile, you must first have Face ID set up on your Apple device. After Face ID is configured, it can be used to login to OneView Mobile.

Steps to Setup Face ID

Tap Settings on your mobile device
Tap Face ID & Passcode
Enter your passcode when prompted
Tap Set Up Face ID
Complete the steps to set up your Face ID
Tap Done when you receive the message that Face ID is complete
