Registration Confirmation

The non-provider practice user will receive a registration email from no-reply@davita.com after their information is submitted. This registration expires 7 days later, and a blue Pending banner will show how many days are left.  If the registration expires, the user will be removed and must be re-added by the physician or practice super user.

After registration, the non-provider practice user will receive an email containing the OneView link, their username (email address), and a temporary password valid for 24 hours. During the first login, the user must enter the username and temporary password, then they will be prompted to change their password.
