Providers and non-provider practice users with clinical or "Practice Super User" access can generate a CWOW Patient Summary PDF.
Generating a Patient Summary
To generate a Patient Summary, click “PATIENT SUMMARY” located on the top right of the patient’s chart to load the patient summary.
Up to four CWOW patient summaries can be requested at a time.
Opening the PDF
Once the Patient Summary is generated, a message that contains an “Open PDF” link will appear. To close the message, click the “X” in the top right-hand corner of the message.
Click the “Open PDF” link, and a separate browser will open. View, download, or print the Patient Summary once opened.
