Enabling Pop Up Blockers

If you are encountering issues with dialogs within OneView not opening, such as the PDF of the encounter note, it is recommended to enable pop up blockers.

Steps to Enable Pop Up Blockers in Chrome

  1. In Chrome, click the Settings button and select the Settings menu option

  1. Select Privacy and security
  1. Select Site Settings
  1. Select Pop-ups and redirects
  1. Select the option for "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects"
