Transplant Status
The Transplant Status data from the last finalized note will be displayed in the Psychosocial/TX Modality care category. The data included are the encounter date and type, transplant candidate, status, and comment(s), if available.
A message appears at the top of the care category when no finalized transplant status comments exist.
