Care Team Assessments
You can now access three new care team assessments under the Patient Care tab in the Status section and the Clinical Summary tab under the IDT Assessments and Summaries section, if available. The new assessments are Modality Planning Tool for PD Patients, Modality Decision for PD Patients, and Conduct Pediatric Growth Chart Assessment.
Comprehensive Encounters
The comprehensive note will now include the specific modality type in the encounter name to ensure consistency in provider documentation.
When selecting the note type from the Dialysis Schedule or within the patient’s chart, the name of the encounter type will include the modality type and comprehensive note. For example, the encounter name will be ICHD Comprehensive Note, PD Comprehensive Note, or HHD Comprehensive Note.
(MOBILE ONLY – iOS and Android) Prescriptions
You can now remove pending and active prescriptions, verify prescription transmission statuses, and seamlessly access iPrescribe directly from the Prescriptions section.
To access iPrescribe, tap the All Pending eRx or All Pending Refills. Slide to the left to reveal the Remove option.
