Login Assistance

The Need Help? link is available for providers and DaVita teammates who need assistance to login into OneView. 

The Need Help options are Forgot Username, Forgot Password, Change Password, Update Security Questions, and Update Secondary Authentication.  Click on the option needed and then entered the required fields to complete the process.  

The non-provider practice user can click “ Trouble Signing On?” from the Login screen if the temporary password has expired or they need account recovery.
