Patient Summary PDF

Providers and non-provider practice users with Clinical or Practice Super User access can generate a Patient Summary PDF.  To generate the patient summary, click “PATIENT SUMMARY” at the top right of the patient’s chart. 

Up to four patient summaries can be requested at a time.  Once the Patient Summary is generated, a message that contains an “Open PDF” link will appear.  To close the message, click the “X” in the top right-hand corner of the message.

Click the “Open PDF” link, and a separate browser will open.  View, download, or print the Patient Summary once opened.
