Practice User - Rounding List Report
The Rounding List Report under the Reports menu will provide the patient rounding schedule for the current period.
Non-provider practice users that join the practice can create and download the Rounding List. To download the report, select the “Report Display Grouping” criteria for the report. Click “Create Report.” Once the report is generated, the option to “Download Report” (with the “last created” date and time) displays in the report area. The report is generated in an Excel format.
NOTE: Only physicians who confirmed their practice association in Settings >Practice are listed in the dropdown. Physicians not completing this process will not appear as a selection under the “Physicians” dropdown. Please refer to the “Physician Practice Association” article for complete details.
The information displayed in the report is detailed below.
| Column | Description |
| Patient Name | The name of the patient. |
| Patient DOB (MM/DD/YYYY) | The patient’s date of birth. The format is month, day, year. |
| Schedule | The day of the week the patient dialyzes |
| Shift | The shift number for when the patient is in the clinic Dialysis facility |
| Primary Nephrologist | The patient’s assigned nephrologist in Snappy or CWOW. |
