Touch ID Setup

Touch/Face ID and Cureatr can be set up for the OneView Mobile application.  Enabling these features will make it easier for you to log in to your device or communicate with DaVita care teams in a secure manner.  

This section will display the steps to enable Touch ID on your mobile device.   To use Touch ID with OneView Mobile, you must first have Touch ID set up on your Apple device.  After the Touch ID is set up, it can be used to login to OneView Mobile.

NOTE: The steps for enabling Touch and Face ID for OneView Mobile may vary based on the device and iOS version installed.  

Step 1: Tap Settings on your mobile device

Step 2: Tap Touch ID & Passcode

Step 3: Enter your passcode when prompted

Step 4: Select Add a Fingerprint…

Step 5: Complete the steps to set up your fingerprint

Step 6: Tap the switch for iPhone Unlock to enable the feature: This will turn the switch green and unlock your iPhone with Touch ID.

Step 7: Login to OneView Mobile

NOTE: This functionality can be disabled at any time.
