Home


The Home page will provide the ability to quickly navigate relevant tasks and applications and view and respond to important communications.

At the top of the screen, the welcome banner contains icons for ICHD Rounds, PD/HHD Visits, In Progress Notes, and the provider name and practice information section.  Click the appropriate icon to launch the Dialysis Schedule to start rounding.

The Activities & Reminders section allows the provider to navigate to relevant tasks quickly. Only activities or reminders that require attention will be present. The content displayed will depend on the user’s role and the applicability of the activity or reminder.


Activity or Reminder Description
Pending Prescriptions Available for prescribing providers only.  The count displayed is the number of unsigned prescriptions that requires action to be sent to the pharmacy.  Select this option to open the Rcopia interface, allowing you to review, then sign and send or deny/cancel the prescription
Pharmacy Refill & Renewal Messages Available for ePrescribing providers.  The count displayed is the renewal prescription requests from the pharmacy that requires action to renew or refill.  Select this option to open the Rcopia interface allowing you to review, modify, deny, or approve the renewal request.
New Patient Admission Requests Available for medical directors only and will only be present if a Clinic Review Request is sent to OneView via the Patient Placement System (PPS).  This option will take you to the Patient Admission Requests accessible through Tasks > Patient Admission Requests.
Unsigned Orders Available for providers.  The count displayed is for orders that require review.  This option will take you to the list of unsigned orders accessible through Tasks > Orders.
Unsigned Non-ESKD Orders Available for providers and will only be present if there are outstanding labs that are not for the treatment of ESRD that require appropriate medical necessity documentation.  The count displayed is for the clinical labs that need additional documentation.  Selecting this option will take you to Tasks > Non-ESKD Orders.
Invoice & Attestation Available for medical directors only and will only be present if outstanding invoices for services rendered at a DaVita dialysis facility and attestation to completing several oversight responsibilities for the dialysis program are needed.  Selecting this option will take you to the Invoice and Attestations accessible through Tasks > Invoice & Attestation.
Licensure & Certification Questionnaire Available for providers and will only be present if outstanding Licensure & Certification Questionnaires exist.  Please check your email for instructions and a link to complete your questionnaire.  In addition, past-due questionnaires will be designated.
Incomplete Licensure & Certification MD/JV Available for providers and will only be present if incomplete Licensure & Certification (L&C) questionnaires exist.  Please check your email from MIQ@davita.com for instructions and a link to complete your questionnaires.
COVID-19 Attestation Available for providers and will only be present if the COVID-19 attestation is incomplete.  Click, and you are redirected to the Comms Hub.
COVID Booster Attestation Available for providers and will only be present if the COVID-19 Booster Attestation is incomplete.  Click and you are redirected to the Comms Hub.
Flu Attestation Available for providers and will only be present if the COVID-19 attestation is incomplete.  Click and you are redirected to the Comms Hub.

Clinical Incentive Program Attestations


Available for providers participating in a Clinical Incentive Program (CIP) and will only be present if the CIP attestation is incomplete. Click and you are redirected to the Nephrology Care Alliance (NCA) application.
New Patients in Clinical Incentive Program Available for providers participating in a Clinical Incentive Program (CIP) and will only be present if there are new patients in CIP. Click and you are redirected to the Nephrology Care Alliance (NCA) application.

Analytics contains the ESKD Dashboard and Insights. The ESKD Quality Metrics Dashboard previews the population health dashboard in OneView. The “View All Metrics” link allows nephrologists to visualize the absolute and relative performance of their entire DaVita ESKD patient population. Insights give an overview of what the Insights application is. In addition, physicians with access to Insights can click the Login link to open a new tab directly into the Insights section of the Nephrology Care Alliance (NCA) portal.

For physicians that do not have Insights access, the Learn more link is visible. When clicked, a one-page informational PDF appears for the physician to learn more about Insights and who to contact to participate.

Communication & Educational Resources displays up to 15 top contents from COMMs Hub and Home Education Hub.  Click on the content to view additional information.  Go to the Home Education or COMMs Hub by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of the section.

A blue study card will be displayed at the bottom of the comms for physicians with patients who might be good candidates for a specific clinical study.  Click the card, and the study details display.  You can choose to participate in the study or not.  If you want to participate, answer “Yes” to the participation, answer any questions, and enter your email address and phone number. Once the form is submitted, the information is sent to DaVita Clinical Research.

IT Support provides information about the Physician Support email and helpline number.  Customize Settings navigates you to the Customize section under Settings.  Clinical Team lets you view your Group Medical Director Map on the newsletter app.

The footer contains the DaVita Apps and Get Involved sections.  DaVita Apps provides access to Legacy DaVita applications,  Get Involved opens a pop-up where the physicians can sign up for Voice of the Physician (VOP) or Think Tank surveys.
