My Tasks
This section will display up to four options of commonly performed tasks.
| Task Card | Description |
| COVID-19 Patients | Available for providers and will only be present if there are patients with a COVID-19 status. Selecting this option will take you to the All Patients List with the filter set to All COVID-19 Status. This information is also accessible through Patients > All Patients. |
| Licensure & Certification Questionnaire | Available for providers and will only be present if there are outstanding Licensure & Certification Questionnaires. The notification will say, “Please check your email for instructions and a link to complete your questionnaire.” The email subject line will be included in the message but maybe truncated if too long. Hover over the task to display all the email subject lines. |
| Start ICHD Rounds | Available for providers and will always be present. Selecting this option will launch the Dialysis Schedule with the ICHD filter selected allowing you to initiate or complete an ICHD or AKI encounter. |
| Start PD/HHD Visits | Available for providers and will always be present. Selecting this option will launch the Dialysis Schedule with the PD, HHD filter selected allowing you to initiate or complete a PD or HHD encounter. |
| View In Progress Notes | Available for providers and will always be present. Selecting this option will launch the In Progress tab allowing you to complete an encounter. |
| Labs not for ESRD Treatment | Available for providers and will only be present if there are outstanding labs that are not for the treatment of ESRD that require appropriate medical necessity documentation. The count displayed on the task card is for the clinical labs that needadditional documentation. Selecting this option will take you to Tasks > Labs Not For ESRD Treatment. |
| Patient Admission Requests | Available for medical directors only and will only be present if a Clinic Review Request is sent to OneView via the Patient Placement System (PPS). Selecting this option will take you to the Patient Admission Requests accessible through Tasks > Patient Admission Requests. |
| Unsigned Orders | Available for providers and will always be present. The count displayed on the task card is for orders that require review. Selecting this option will take you to the list of unsigned orders accessible through Tasks > Orders. |
| Invoice & Attestation | Available for medical directors only and will only be present if outstanding invoices for services rendered at a DaVita dialysis facility and attestation to completing several oversight responsibilities for the dialysis program are needed. Selecting this option will take you to the Invoice and Attestations accessible through Tasks > Invoice & Attestation. |
| Pending Unsigned Prescriptions | Available for providers and will always be present. The count displayed on the task card is for your unsigned prescriptions that requires action in order to be sent to the pharmacy. Selecting this option will open the Rcopia interface allowing you to review, then sign and send or deny/cancel the prescription. |
| Pharmacy Refill and Renewal Messages | Available for providers and will always be present. The count displayed on the task card is for your renewal prescription requests from the pharmacy that require action in order to send the renewal or refill to the pharmacy. Selecting this option will open the Rcopia interface allowing you to review, modify, deny, or approve the renewal request. |
| Start & Complete Encounters | Available for providers and will always be present. Selecting this option will launch the Dialysis Schedule allowing you to initiate or complete an encounter. |
The tasks displayed will depend on the user’s role and applicability of the task.
