Deactivate Encounter Note

The Notes section under the Clinical Summary tab of the patient's chart include all finalized and in progress notes that were created in OneView. 

Deactivate encounter note:

Any provider can deactivate the note. 

Step 1: Select the appropriate note

Step 2: Click the Deactivate this Note icon

Step 3: Enter the deactivate reason

Step 4: Click Deactivate
